《月影宝石》（Moonlit Gems）是一款以珠宝玉石为主题的休闲三消益智游戏（以下简称"本应用"）。本应用完全离线运行，不包含广告、内购、社交分享及任何第三方数据收集组件。我们非常重视您的隐私，本政策说明本应用如何处理与您的数据有关的一切事项。

Moonlit Gems is an offline casual match-3 puzzle game themed on jewels and jade (the "App"). The App runs entirely offline and contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no social sharing features, and no third-party data collection components of any kind. We take your privacy seriously, and this policy explains how the App handles all matters relating to your data.

2我们收集哪些信息Information We Collect

本应用不收集任何个人信息，也不会向任何服务器发送任何数据。为了为您提供游戏功能，本应用仅在您的设备本地保存以下与个人身份无关的游戏数据（通过系统提供的本地存储机制）：

The App does not collect any personal information and does not send any data to any server. To provide game functionality, the App stores only the following non-personal game data locally on your device (via the system-provided local storage mechanism):

• 偏好设置（音效、背景音乐、触感反馈的开/关状态）Preferences (sound effects, background music, and haptic feedback on/off states)

上述数据仅存储于您的设备上，绝不会上传至云端或传输给开发者或任何第三方。卸载本应用后，这些本地数据将被自动清除。

The above data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to any cloud service or transmitted to the developer or any third party. Uninstalling the App automatically removes this local data.

3权限使用与网络访问Permissions & Network Access

本应用不申请摄像头、麦克风、通讯录、定位等任何敏感权限，也不进行任何网络请求——即使您在完全断网的环境下，本应用的全部功能（30 个关卡、成就系统、全部 9 种语言）均可正常使用。

The App does not request any sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, or location, and makes no network requests of any kind — all features (30 levels, achievements, and all 9 supported languages) work fully offline.

4跟踪与第三方Tracking & Third Parties

• 本应用不跟踪您的活动，不进行跨应用/跨网站追踪。The App does not track your activity across apps or websites.
• 本应用不包含广告 SDK、分析统计 SDK 或任何第三方数据收集组件。The App contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or any third-party data collection components.
• 本应用不向任何第三方共享、出售或转让任何数据。The App does not share, sell, or transfer any data to any third party.
• 本应用无账号系统，无需注册或登录。The App has no account system; no registration or sign-in is required.

5儿童隐私Children's Privacy

本应用内容健康、适合全年龄段用户，儿童亦可在家长放心的情况下使用。由于本应用不收集任何数据，因此也不会收集儿童的个人信息。

The App's content is wholesome and suitable for all ages. Since the App does not collect any data, no personal information of children is collected either. Children can use the App with complete peace of mind.
